Beginning with 0.27.0, ggml's tests have started to fail on Salsa CI.

It's always at the same test. It has nothing to do with timeouts, as I
have observed this at various (apparently load-dependent) points in time.

I'm filing this as "normal" because it runs fine on ci.debian.net, and
also I cannot reproduce this on any other system.

Maybe this is hitting some resource limit on Salsa?
