What led up to the situation?
Upgraded to Debian 13. Have to rollback package to version 2.3.11-2+deb12u1 or use Forky's 2.3.14-2.

What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
The package/lib libodbccr2.so causes a segmentation fault when the
php script destroys the connection handler.
The issue occurs when using pdo with an odbc dsn.

Extra information
This problem might be related to a connection pooling bug that was
eventually fixed in 2.3.14 (see unixodbc dot org).
