 GBWTGraph is a handle graph based on the Graph BWT (GBWT). Its data model is
 based on the graph as an alignment of haplotypes. The GBWT index provides the
 graph topology, while the node sequences are stored in plain form for fast
 extraction. Construction extracts the sequences from another graph
 implementing the libhandlegraph HandleGraph interface.
