Dear Maintainer,

Debian 13, kernel 6.12.113+deb13-amd64, BIOS .313, Intel Core Ultra 9 185H, WD PC SN560 SSD behind Intel VMD [8086:7d0b].

Boot takes approximately 47 seconds, including 36 seconds before userspace. The kernel logs:
nvme nvme0: I/O tag 320 (9140) QID 4 timeout, completion polled

An Intel GSC proxy timeout also occurs. No systemd units fail. acpi_mask_gpe=0x6f is enabled for a separate ACPI interrupt storm.

Could this be related to Intel VMD erratum MTL016? Please advise which kernel version or diagnostics to test.
