golang-golang-x-vuln fails to cross build from source, because it uses
the host architecture go compiler and fails running it. For a long time,
we thought that this would require changes to golang-defaults to cover
for gccgo, but gccgo is no longer supported. In explicitly using
golang-go, we can correctly express the build dependency and make
golang-golang-x-vuln cross buildable. Please consider applying the
attached patch.
