golang-petname fails to cross build from source, because it uses the
build architecture go compiler. For a long time, we assumed that we'd
have to fix this via golang-any, but as gccgo is no more, we can settle
on golang-go and append :native. Doing so mostly fixes the build except
that the cross installation location is subtly different and
debian/rules assumes too much. I'm attaching a patch that addresses all
of it. Please consider applying it.
