For a long time, we thought that making go packages cross buildable
would require changes to golang-default. It has become clear that
dropping support for gccgo is enough. Once we do and fix assumptions
about the build's location, golang-github-alecthomas-chroma-v2 can be
made cross buildable. Please consider applying the attached patch.
