* Package name : t-code-ide Version : 0.4.1 Upstream Author : suacayipkisi <konuki8523@gmail.com> * URL : https://github.com/suacayipkisi/t-code * License : MIT Programming Lang: C Description : lightweight C/C++ IDE t-code is a lightweight C/C++ IDE in a GTK4 window: a project file tree, GtkSourceView editor tabs sharing one clangd (diagnostics, completion, parameter hints, go to definition, quick fixes), a terminal, a Search panel, Source Control, git comparisons and Markdown previews. Projects are built, run and debugged (with gdb) from the editor. Why this package: it fills the gap between a plain text editor and a large IDE: one native C23 binary that starts fast and keeps memory low (about 70 MB PSS for the window with 25 open files), while clangd, gdb (over DAP) and other language servers run out of process. All build dependencies (GTK4, GtkSourceView 5, VTE for GTK4, json-glib, md4c) are already in Debian. The source package is named t-code-ide because "t-code" alone is too generic; the installed command stays t-code. AI disclosure: a large part of the code was written with the help of an AI coding assistant. I review, test and maintain it myself, and I take full responsibility for the package. The project has a GLib test suite, tests under ASan/UBSan/LSan, and scenario tests that drive the real binary. I am the upstream author and will maintain the package. I am not a Debian Developer, so I will need a sponsor and will file an RFS once the package is on mentors.debian.net.
