Hi,

With the recent update of kleidiai, it's worthwhile to rebuild pytorch
and xnnpack packages in sid on arm64 to pick up the new version of
static library.

nmu pytorch_2.14.1+dfsg-1 . arm64 . unstable . -m "Rebuild against
latest kleidiai"

nmu xnnpack_0.0~git20241108.4ea82e5-2 . arm64 . unstable . -m "Rebuild
against latest kleidiai"
