libmediainfo 26.10 seems to have a regression w.r.t pymediainfo's
`sample_with_cover.mp3` test file -- libmediainfo 26.10 seems to be
completely unable to read any metadata from the file.
This causes pymediainfo's autopkgtests to fail on the coverart test[1]:
