The package got uploaded to experiemental and rebuilds of
reverse dependencies were succesfull except for deal.ii which we
will upload as well.

Matthias has agreed, that I upload trilinos.

Jochen agreed to sponsor my uploads for Trilinos and deal.ii.

Autogenerated Ben file is fine.

Go ahead. trilinos is not in testing anyway, so there are no conflicts. Look at
the RC bugs and reproducibility issues while you're at it (I assume you are
fixing them, otherwise the package won't be able to migrate).
