freac fails to cross build from source, because it builds for the build
architecture. Normally, a configure script is expected to record
compilers and this is why dh_auto_build doesn't pass cross tools to make
here. This configure script configures nothing. Once ignoring it by
selecting the makefile builsystem, dh_auto_build does pass cross builds
and freac becomes cross buildable. Please consider applying the attached
patch.
