pluto-jpl-eph fails to cross build from source, because it uses
unconventional tool variables. Specifically it uses CPP for the C++
compiler. Unfortunately, debhelper supplies the C++ compiler via CXX and
provides a C preprocessor via CPP and this ends up not going well. I'm
attaching a patch to perform the necessary renaming. Please consider
applying it.
