boca fails to cross build from source as it builds for the build
architecture. When debhelper sees a configure script, it expects it to
set up record cross compilers, but this configure script does not
configure anything. Ignoring it and forcing the makefile buildsystem
makes debhelper pass cross tools to make instead, which is what this
project needs for cross building. Please consider applying the attached
patch.
