ijq fails to cross build from source, because it uses the hosts' go
compiler and that cannot be run. As the golang implementation is a
multi-target compiler, a native compiler should be used. Please consider
applying the attached patch.

Thanks for the report and the patch. I've applied it in the packaging
repository on Salsa and verified that the arm64 cross build succeeds in
Salsa CI.

The fix will be included in the next upload for the new upstream version
1.4.2.
