  Description     : Scala 2.13 APIs for cross-built Scala code

 This library makes some Scala 2.13 APIs available on Scala 2.11 and
 2.12, so that code can be cross-built. On Scala 2.13 and Scala 3 it
 provides the compat packages as aliases to the standard library.

Binary packages: libscala-collection-compat-scala3-java (_3, needed by
sbt 2) and libscala-collection-compat-scala2.13-java (_2.13). Built with
dh-scala (https://bugs.debian.org/1152350), without sbt. It needs
scala-2.13 and scala3 (https://bugs.debian.org/1125161) in the archive
first. It will be maintained in the Java team:
