  Description     : typeclass based JSON codec library for Scala

 sjson-new is a typeclass based JSON codec. Its formats come from
 spray-json, but they write and read through a Builder and an Unbuilder,
 so one format works with any JSON AST. Backends for ScalaJSON and
 MurmurHash are included.

sbt 2 and zinc use it for their caches and the server protocol, so it is
needed to package sbt 2, which has its own ITP. It will be built
for Scala 3 with dh-scala and maintained in the Java team:
