 sbt IO is the file system library of sbt: path and glob filters, file
 copying and hashing, zip and jar creation, and file watching built on
 swoval file-tree-views. sbt and zinc use it for their file operations.

sbt 2.0.12 needs io 1.13.6 (https://bugs.debian.org/1035929 removed the
old sbt). It is built for Scala 3 with dh-scala
(https://bugs.debian.org/1152350), and its only runtime dependency is
libswoval-java.

It needs scala3 (https://bugs.debian.org/1125161) and swoval, which is in
NEW. It will be maintained in the Java team:
