ScummVM supports building with SDL3 starting with version 2026.1:

https://www.scummvm.org/news/20260131/

libsdl3-net is now also available in Debian so that dependency should
be covered.

It would be good to switch Debian scummvm package to build with SDL3 to get
a more modern experience.
