  Polygons with holes are converted into triangles represented by indices
  into the input coordinate array. The algorithm uses two-dimensional
  coordinates and accepts flat arrays with additional coordinate dimensions.

  An optional refinement pass improves triangle quality using Delaunay edge
  flips while preserving polygon boundaries and holes. Functions are also
  provided to flatten nested coordinate arrays and compare the area of the
  triangles with that of the input polygon.

This library is a dependancy of Home Assistant, the Python smart home platform.
I plan to maintain it as part of the Home Assistant team.
