This is a re-introduction. 1.0.2-3 is in stable; it was removed from
unstable on 2026-10-19 as unused (https://bugs.debian.org/1151116, after
https://bugs.debian.org/1145736). trivy now needs 1.2.0. The team repository
https://salsa.debian.org/go-team/packages/golang-github-zclconf-go-cty-yaml
still exists and will be reused.
