  Description     : succinct static variation graph - command line tools
 xg is a handle-graph implementation of the XG succinct graph index, the
 succinct static variation graph representation developed for the vg
 toolkit. It stores a graph as a collection of succinct data structures
 (built on the sdsl library) so it can be accessed at random in a
 space-efficient way, and exposes it through the PathPositionHandleGraph
 API.

 This package contains the command line tool for indexing a GFA file as
 an xg graph.
