VieLotusIM (Sen Viet) is a modern Vietnamese input method engine supporting
both Telex and VNI input methods with free-tone SEN Flex composition and
Smart Bilingual English-Vietnamese collision resolution.

Key features:
 - Pure C++20 native engine (~250 KB shared library) with zero external
   runtime dependencies beyond the standard C/C++ runtime
 - Native IBus and Fcitx5 integration as split packages:
   libvielotus0, ibus-vielotus, fcitx5-vielotus, vielotus
 - Smart Bilingual detection: 100.00% accuracy on the 9,091-case regression
   suite with symmetric collision metrics (vn_survives_collision /
   ambiguous_both_sides: 97.33%, whitelist_safe=never: 100.00% [182/182])

I intend to maintain this package within the Debian Input Method Team.
