I introduced php-tokenizer in Debian almost ten years ago as a
php-codecoverage dependency. The latest 14.5.0 upstream version dropped
this dependency. Since php-tokenizer does not have any other reverse
dependency, we should not ship it with Forky.

I intend to follow with an RM request in a few months but feel free to
do it yourself if needed.
