Dear maintainers,

could you please at least consider to add libtorch-cuda-dev as an
alternative to libtorch-dev in Recommends.  Perhaps it is even better
to replace libtorch-dev by
"libtorch-dev | libtorch-cuda-dev | libtorch-rocm-dev" similar to
"python3-torch | python3-torch-cuda | python3-torch-rocm" in Depends
and Build-Depends.
