Dear Maintainer,

DESCRIPTION:
HEVC video playback crashes in both Flatpak Jellyfin-desktop and Firefox
on Debian 13 (Trixie) after updating libheif to 1.23.6-2~deb13u1.

These same videos will play without issue on the same machine running Void Linux.

FINDINGS:
- Debian's libheif 1.23.6 was built against libde265 1.1.3 or newer
- Trixie only provides libde265 1.0.15
- This version mismatch causes HEVC decoding to fail
- On Void Linux (which has matching versions), HEVC playback works fine
  with the same libheif 1.23.6_1

VERSIONS:
- libheif1: 1.23.6-2~deb13u1
- libde265-0: 1.0.15-1+deb13u2
- Void Linux (working): libheif 1.23.6_1, libde265 1.1.3_1

I have not tried to rollback any packages yet to confirm this as the root cause.
