Dear Maintainer,

On an apt upgrade,  I see:
dpkg: error processing archive /var/cache/apt/archives/ntpsec_1.2.5+dfsg-1_amd64.deb (--unpack):
 trying to overwrite '/etc/apparmor.d/tunables/ntpd', which is also in package apparmor (5.0.2-5)

I beleive that tunables file should be in ntpsec, not apparmor.
