The affected packages cannot satisfy their cross Build-Depends, because
their transitive dependency on python3-pyproject-hooks is not
satisfiable. In general, Architecture: all packages can never satisfy
cross Build-Depends unless annotated :native or marked Multi-Arch:
foreign. In this case, the foreign marking is more appropriate, because
python3-pyproject-hooks is a pure Python module without dependencies of
its own. Please consider applying the attached patch.
