tea-cli fails to cross build from source, because it installs the host
architecture Go compiler which cannot be run. As we stopped supporting
gccgo and the golang implementation being multi-target, we can narrow
the golang-any dependency to golang-go and then annotate it :native to
fix that. tea-cli still fails to cross build, because it attempts to run
the docs tool which is not installed. To accommodate this I propose
adding a native build pass. Please find a complete patch attached for
your convenience.
