Please update muon-meson to a new upstream release. Debian has 0.5.0
while upstream is at 0.7.1 at the time of this writing. In the current
version, the meson compatibility layer ignores the --cross-file option.
Upstream has changed this to actually read the passed cross file. This
should help with a better implementation of #1152879.
