The module path is github.com/go-gorp/gorp/v3, so the binary package is
golang-github-go-gorp-gorp-v3-dev. Debian has gorp v1 as golang-gopkg-gorp.v1.

This package is needed by rubenv/sql-migrate 1.8.1 (team package update),
which Helm 4 needs for trivy (ITP https://bugs.debian.org/929458). I will
maintain it in the Debian Go Packaging Team.
