Peter Gutmann's dumpasn1 is now hosted at GitHub at
<https://github.com/cryptlib/dumpasn1>.  It looks like the initial
GitHub commit happened on Jun 12, 2025.

The latest version of dumpasn1 is 20260108.  A lot has changed in the
last 5 years, especially in the config file with additional OIDs,
including identifiers for PQ algorithms.  It might be a good idea to
update to the latest sources.
