Hi,

Since the symbols table was reset in 1.2.0+dfsg-12 (#1143674), the
libstdc++ template instantiations exported by libseqlib.so.2 (std:: and
__gnu_cxx:: symbols: regex internals, shared_ptr control blocks,
std::function managers, their typeinfo...) are no longer tagged
(optional). Which of these the compiler emits depends on the GCC version
and on LTO, so the file now matches exactly one toolchain.

In Ubuntu, which still builds with GCC 15 (15.3.0-4ubuntu1), 1.2.0+dfsg-13
fails on amd64 in dh_makeshlibs:

Debian will hit the same on the next GCC upgrade, as happened in
#1143674. These symbols are not part of libseqlib's ABI, so the attached
patch marks the 92 std:: and __gnu_cxx:: symbols in
debian/libseqlib2.symbols.amd64 (optional) again, and leaves the
SeqLib:: ones mandatory. We're carrying it in Ubuntu as
1.2.0+dfsg-13ubuntu1.
