tsx is Architecture: all without Multi-Arch: foreign, so a build dependency on
it cannot be satisfied for a foreign architecture. chromium build depends on
tsx, and its armhf cross build stops at

  Depends: tsx:armhf but it is not installable

tsx depends on nodejs:any and on node packages that are all Architecture: all,
and node-typescript already ships Multi-Arch: foreign, so marking tsx foreign
looks safe. As a workaround chromium now uses tsx:native.
