Hello maintainer,

Since upstream 04c849db91fc41717fde00f8a9a227280c16101e (first released in
20261012.0), the gvisor prewarmer sidecar is assumed to be present. Not having
the binary causes rootless gVisor containers to not work correctly, and possibly
more (though I haven't tested to be sure).

This can be solved by building the prewarmer sidecar. I've attached a patch
which will build and ship it, though I'm not 100% sure that I have the right
CFLAGS for it.

Less critically, but the gvisor-proc-umounter and runsc-fd-parking are also
useful (and needed for the runsc-bwrap subcommands).

Attached a patch that includes those, if you want it.
