Dear Maintainer,

node-type-flag is actually a part of node-tsx (same upstream,
and besides tsx and its same upstream dependencies, almost no
other npm depends on it) and it seems it isn't actually depended on,
or build-depended on, by any package in Debian, except tsx of course.

This separation is artificial, so I propose to remove node-type-flag,
and incorporate it in node-tsx as a component, along other components
by the same author.
