Legacy artwork for Debian Edu (still in use in school deployments!).

This trixie-pu requires #1153022 (debian-edu-artwork/2.13.6-1~deb13u1)
to be accepted for trixie inclusion.

This trixie-pu bug supercedes #1147090 trixie-pu: package
debian-edu-artwork-legacy/20250915-3~deb13u1.

[ Reason ]
Due to architectural changes in latest debian-edu-artwork release
(proposed for being shipped in Debian (Edu) 13), adaptations needed to be
applied to debian-edu-artwork-legacy.

This new version also adds a LUKS passphrase prompt to the edu-spacefun
Plymouth theme. Now, during the boot phase, a passphrase prompt shows up
when used on LUKS encrypted devices.

[ Impact ]
Esp. if latest debian-edu-artwork trixie-pu gets accepted (see above),
debian-edu-artwork-legacy as currently in trixie will be incompatible.

[ Tests ]
Manual installation tests (VMs and real hardware).

[ Risks ]
Minimal, only for Debian Edu.
