Please accept upload of lomiri-schemas to Debian trixie.
[ Reason ]
This is one of three trixie-pu uploads (lomiri-schemas, lomiri-session,
lomiri) address UI scaling problems of Debian Lomiri based tablets in
Debian Edu.
Without this series of uploads, tablets with a high display resolution show
a Lomiri shell with very tiny controls, icons and fonts.
This patch series cherry-picks targeted changes from upstream to fix this
by providing a global-scaling-factor gsettings property that can be used
by sysadmins to configure the UI scaling.
The approach of configuring scaling for Lomiri in Debian 13 will be the
same mechanism that we (Lomiri upstream) are currently providing for
Lomiri in Debian 14 (i.e. via gsettings).
[ Impact ]
Scaling of Lomiri Operating Environment remains broken / unavailable.
[ Tests ]
Tests on three different tablet devices + tests in a VM.
[ Risks ]
Only for Lomiri users of Debian 13.
