senpai fails to cross build from source, because it fails running the
host's Go compiler. As gccgo became unsupported, we can change the
compiler dependency to golang-go. Since golang is a multitarget
compiler, we can annotate it :native. This is sufficient to make cross
building work. I'm attaching a patch for your convenience.
