golang-github-onsi-ginkgo-v2 fails to cross build from source, because
it fails running the host's Go compiler. Since gccgo became unsupported,
we can change the compiler dependency to golang-go and since the golang
implementation is multitarget, we can annotate it :native. With these
changes, the package cross builds just fine. Please consider applying
the attached patch.
