golang-github-google-go-pkcs11-dev exposes libnss3-dev. Therefore, it
must not be marked Multi-Arch: foreign. This is a violation of policy
section 5.6.34.2.

For cross builing, dropping the field is not useful either. The package
needs to transfer its architecture constraint to its dependencies.
Therefore, it should be converted to Arch: any + Multi-Arch: same. This
is known as the "multiarch interpreter workaround".
