After upgrading from 6.12.113-1 to 6.12.115-2 on Debian 13 (trixie, amd64), playback on my Behringer UMC404HD 192k USB audio interface (USB ID 1397:0509) is silent. Capture from the same interface keeps working. Booting 6.12.113-1 again restores playback with no other changes. What I checked on 6.12.115-2: - PipeWire 1.4.2 sends audio to the interface and the level meters move. - /proc/asound/U192k/stream0 shows Playback "Status: Running" at 48000 Hz. - No errors for the device in dmesg. - The device's ALSA mixer controls are at 100% (0 dB) and unmuted. - Silent with the UCM "Direct" profile, PipeWire's "Pro Audio" profile, and GNOME's speaker test. - The interface's hardware monitoring (input to headphones) works, so the headphone output itself is fine. System: ASUS PRIME B550-PLUS, AMD Ryzen 9 5900X. NVIDIA's proprietary driver (DKMS) is installed. The same symptom on the same kernel has been reported with Focusrite Scarlett interfaces (4i4 Gen3, Solo Gen3), so this may affect USB audio interfaces in general rather than one device: https://github.com/geoffreybennett/linux-fcp/issues/62 I can test patches or provide more logs.
