#1153192 go-qrcode and node-qrcode have a filetype conflict on /usr/bin/qrcode

The file /usr/bin/qrcode is contained in the packages
 * go-qrcode/0.0~git20200617.da1b656-4+b14 as present in forky|unstable
 * go-qrcode/0.0~git20200617.da1b656-4+b17 as present in forky|unstable
 * node-qrcode/1.5.4-1 as present in forky|unstable

Attempting to coinstall these packages results in an unpack error from dpkg.

I'm assigning the bug to node-qrcode for now as it was uploaded later.
Generally, I think the name /usr/bin/qrcode is too generic to be owned by a
singular tool and both packages should rename it.
