Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], we noticed that
python-osteosarc could not be built reproducibly.

This is because the testsuite creates a .pytest_cache directory that ends
up in the binary package if it is not cleaned up, meaning that if the tests
are skipped, the package will not contain these files — and the package is
therefore unreproducible. (And the package probably shouldn't contain
these files anyway.)
