I'd like to start the transition of spdlog 1.17.0, which is currently
available at experimental. From a local rebuild test, all reverse deps
except those already have FTBFS issues can be binNMU'ed .

I don't see there's an auto-generated transition page, so the reverse
deps are calculated locally.

Hi Aron

That's because reverse dependencies depend on libspdlog1.15-fmt11. Since
there is also another fmtlib SONAME bump staged in experimental, we
could do both of them together. We haven't heard of plans for the fmtlib
transition yet, though.

Shengjing, what is the status of fmtlib?
