I'm working on packaging another program [0] which requires github.com/stretchr/testify v1.12.1
Building it with dh-go against the version 1.11.1-2 in sid fails with:
```
dh_auto_test: warning: package does not provide 'go.mod', please add it.
cd debian/_build && go test -vet=off -v -p 22 github.com/porridge/time-ranger github.com/porridge/time-ranger/internal/collector github.com/porridge/time-ranger/internal/discovery github.com/porridge/time-ranger/internal/mtls github.com/porridge/time-ranger/internal/sync github.com/porridge/time-ranger/internal/web
# github.com/porridge/time-ranger/internal/collector
src/github.com/stretchr/testify/assert/assertions.go:20:2: module github.com/davecgh/go-spew/spew provides package github.com/davecgh/go-spew/spew and is replaced but not required; to add it:
go get github.com/davecgh/go-spew/spew
FAIL github.com/porridge/time-ranger/internal/collector [setup failed]
```
The root cause seems to be because between these versions upstream
testify dropped the dependency on go-spew [1] which means go-spew is not
in time-ranger's go.mod but dh-go prepares a replace for it (?)
