Dependency installability problem for dipy on i386:

dipy build-depends on:
- python3-tables:i386
python3-tables depends on missing:
- python3-tables-lib:i386 (>= 3.11.1-3)

python3-tables-lib is no longer built on armhf and i386 and has been
removed from the archive on those architectures. Please build dipy
without python3-tables on armhf or i836 (if possible) or get the
binaries of dipy removed from unstable otherwise.
