hipercontracer fails to cross build from source, because it fails
running the gm tool with an Exec format error. This usually indicates
that a host tool is installed when a build tool would be needed. In this
case, I think that graphicsmagick should be annotated Multi-Arch:
foreign much like imagemagick already is thus annotated, because it
deals with architecture-independent image formats. I'm attaching a patch
for your convenience.
