jitterentropy-library fails to cross build from source, because make
install strips with the build architecture strip. Beyond breaking cross
compilation, this also prevents generation of -dbgsym packages and makes
DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nostrip produce stripped packages.

Upstream foresaw the desire to disable stripping and provides an
INSTALL_STRIP variable. Most upstreams provide an INSTALL variable and
dh_auto_install substitutes that. This deviation necessitates setting it
individually here. I'm attaching a patch for your convenience.
