Hi,

thunderbird/riscv64 is at version 1:153.1.0esr-1 in experimental while
it is in version 1:153.5.0esr-1 in unstable. Please remove the version
in experimental, as it currently prevent the version from stable-security
to be accepted into stable:

  Version check failed:
  Your upload included the binary package thunderbird, version 1:153.5.1esr-1~deb13u1, for riscv64,
  however experimental already has version 1:153.1.0esr-1.
  Uploads to proposed-updates must have a lower version than present in experimental
